Knowing what needs to stay and what is failing tells us more than a blank-sheet brief, and it protects the budget you have already committed.

Both work. The second is more useful when the budget is not yet fixed, because it lets us size the package to the returns instead of to a guess.

How quickly will I get a reply?
Within one business day. If the message arrives with the room size and the equipment categories you are considering, the first reply is usually a shortlist rather than a request for more information. If something is still missing, we tell you exactly what we need rather than asking you to fill in a long brief.
Do I need to know exactly what I want before I contact you?
No. Most projects start with a room and a problem — a floor that needs replacing, a hotel room that has to stay quiet, a package that has to fit a specific budget. Tell us the facility type, the room, and what is not working with the current setup, and we will propose the machine list.
Can you quote for a small order or a single machine?
It depends on the category, and we will tell you honestly where the minimum sits. Large strength machines typically start at 10–50 units per model, racks and rigs at 20–100, and cardio at 50–200 per model. Mixed-container orders are usually accepted, so a total order value can satisfy the requirement across categories instead of every model hitting its own minimum.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we ship worldwide and work in both DDP and CIF terms. DDP removes customs clearance from your side and is usually the safer choice for a first import. CIF suits buyers who already manage freight and clearance themselves. Either way, the shipping terms are agreed before you commit.
Can you help with the floor layout, not just the machines?
Yes. Machine lists that ignore circulation, door swings, and member traffic produce floors that feel crowded even when the equipment is good. We can work from your room dimensions or a floor plan and suggest a layout and equipment density that suits the space and the operating model.
Can you produce our own brand?
Yes. OEM and ODM work covers colour, branding, decals, and packaging, and it is how most of our dealer and importer relationships run. Send the artwork or reference and we will confirm what is feasible for the model and finish before you commit to a specification.
