See Commercial Gym Equipment Running
Every machine below is the same build we ship. Watch the frame, the weld, the finish and the travel before you commit a container order.
Why Watch the Machine Before You Order It
Most commercial gym buyers compare a specification sheet. A specification sheet tells you the steel thickness and nothing else. It does not tell you how a machine sounds when 40 members are on the floor, whether a weld bead will crack at the joint where the load concentrates, or whether the powder coat will scuff in the first month of a high-traffic zone.
These videos are the machines in our factory, running on our floor, with the same hardware we quote. The most useful thing to watch is the movement: the full range of a leg press carriage under load, the pivot path on a plate-loaded shoulder press, the travel on a cable machine, and the finish on the frame. Anything that looks thin in a video is thin in the container.
If you are still comparing ranges, the [commercial equipment catalogue](/catalog/) lists what we build by category, and the [buyer guides](/choose-equipment/equipment-buyer-guides/) cover how to evaluate a supplier before you ask for a quote.
Leg Press, Squat and Hack Squat Machine Videos
The leg press is the highest-return strength machine on a commercial floor, and the one most often bought on price. These clips show the full travel under load, the carriage glide, the pin positions, and the weld seams on the frame joint that carries the plate. Watch for the ram weld and the guide rail spec rather than the sticker capacity, because a home-grade 400 lb label means very little on a 200 lb plate.

Bench Press and Flat Bench Videos
Benches get overlooked because they look simple, and they fail because of the frame, not the padding. These videos cover the fixed and adjustable benches, the upright and flat utility designs, the decline and military positions, and the back extension units. Look at the base footprint, the weld where the upright meets the leg, and whether the pad is sewn or glued, since a commercial bench is re-padded far more often than it is replaced.

Plate-Loaded Machine Videos
Plate-loaded machines take the heaviest abuse in a commercial gym because every rep is a moving plate on a moving cam. These clips show the iso-lateral and select lines, the shoulder press, chest, row, neck and tibialis units, with the cams and the pivot geometry visible. The detail to check is the pivot bearing housing and whether the cam profile keeps the load path close to the user, which is what decides whether the machine feels controlled at the end of a set.

Power Rack, Cage and Rig Videos
Racks are the centre of a free-weight area and the part of the floor most likely to be loaded beyond its rating. These videos cover the full cages, the pull-up rigs, the Olympic squat stands and the half racks. Watch the upright gauge, the number and position of the J-hooks, and the hole spacing, because a rack that is welded from standard gauge tube and one that is not will look almost identical in a catalogue photo.

Cable Machine and Functional Trainer Videos
Cable and functional equipment is where most commercial floors get their usable training surface, and where the adjustment range decides whether the machine is bought for one coach or a whole floor. These clips show the dual adjustable pulley, the cable crossover, the 2200 mm functional trainer and the all-in-one combination units. The two details worth watching are the pulley carriage travel and the adjustment increments, since those decide how many members can use the machine in one session.

Smith Machine and Half Cage Videos
The Smith machine is the bar path machine every facility needs for members who cannot safely free-bar, and for powerlifting groups. These videos cover the Smith and half-cage combos and the welded half cage. Watch the bar travel on the vertical slide, the cam position at the bottom of the movement, and whether the frame is a single welded box or an assembled bolt-together rack, because that is exactly where a cheaper build fails.

Pilates Equipment Videos
Pilates has moved from a studio niche into hotels, apartment clubs and boutique floors, and it is a category where the carriage tolerance decides whether the machine feels premium. These videos cover the reformer, the combo chair, the spine corrector, the arc and ladder barrels, and the reformer box. Watch the carriage travel and the wheel and strap hardware, and the rocker spring response, since that is what members notice first.

Gym Storage and Plate Rack Videos
Storage is the first thing a facility underestimates and the first thing that makes a floor look professional. These videos cover the multi weight rack, the barbell rack, the Olympic bar holder, the handle and attachment rack, and the weight tree. Check the plate capacity per hook, the number of tiers for a given footprint, and whether the frame is welded or folded, because the bar holder is usually the piece that racks lean against.

Dumbbell and Dumbbell Rack Videos
Rubber hex dumbbells and their racks are the most touched equipment in any gym and the fastest to wear out. These videos cover the rubber hex sets, the two-tier and vertical dumbbell racks, and the adjustable dumbbell option. Watch the handle knurling and the moulded rubber bond, because a handle that rolls under a sweaty hand is the complaint that shows up first.

Functional Accessory Videos
Accessories are where a training area gets its character, and they are the easiest category to buy badly. These videos cover the weighted push sled and the endless rope machine, both of which are popular in functional and small-group training. Watch the sled track welds and the rope return path, because that is where the failure happens on a high-rep floor.

Factory and Wholesale Package Videos
These clips are for buyers who are ordering in volume rather than for a single machine. They show complete equipment packages and the wholesale side of the range, and they are the fastest way to understand how a package is assembled before a quotation is issued. If you are planning a full facility order, the [wholesale guide](/solutions/wholesale-gym-equipment/) explains how pricing, minimums and container loading work.

Multi-Gym and Cable Combo Videos
A multi-gym is the space-efficient option for a small floor or a hotel gym where a full rack of single-purpose machines does not fit. This clip shows the five-stack jungle gym with the weight stacks and the station layout visible. The detail to check is the stack ratio and the number of independent stations, because that is what determines how many members the unit actually serves at once.

Treadmill Videos
The cardio zone carries the most daily hours and the most maintenance cost in any commercial gym. This clip shows the non-motorised curved treadmill, where the only moving parts are the slat belt and the drive system. Watch the belt surface, the frame welds around the front roller housing, and the footprint, because a curved treadmill needs more clearance in front than a flat deck and that clearance is a floor-plan decision.

Equipment Video FAQ
Are these the same machines you ship? +
Yes. Every video on this page was filmed on our own production floor using the current production model, with the same frame, hardware and finish that go into a customer container. We do not film showroom units or older stock to make a range look better than it is.
Can I request the catalogue after watching the videos? +
Yes, and that is the intended order. The [catalogue request form](/catalog/) returns the current range with specifications and dimensions, and a shortlist matched to your room size and budget rather than a generic range sheet.
Do you make the equipment shown in the videos to order? +
The catalogue and strength equipment are produced in our own factory, and OEM and ODM production runs on the same production line. The [OEM and ODM guides](/buying-guides/gym-equipment-oem-guide/) explain what a private-label programme changes and what it does not.
Can I see a machine working before I place a bulk order? +
For wholesale and container orders we can arrange a factory walkthrough or a video call with the production line before the order is released. Ask through the [contact form](/contact/) with your equipment list and your order size.
Do you ship to other countries? +
Yes. We ship by CIF or DDP, and the landed cost structure is set out in the [price list guide](/solutions/price-list/). Lead time, minimum order quantity and container loading are covered in the [MOQ and lead time guide](/buying-guides/moq-lead-time-guide/).
Can I get a free sample before ordering? +
Samples are available for dealer and distributor programmes. The conditions, including what we can cover and what we cannot, are set out on the [distributor programme page](/solutions/distributors/).
